The dispute resolution policy (effective from September 4, 2024) regulates a fast and fully online arbitration procedure adopted by the .ad registry and managed by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) arbitration and mediation center for cases of conflicts between .ad domain names and "relevant Andorran identifiers" such as Andorran and foreign trademarks, Andorran trade names, corporate names of Andorran companies, or names of Andorran public administrations, among others.

This administrative procedure is mandatory for all .ad domain name holders and is regulated by three documents:
